90lbs - $12.98/lbA Quarter Beef will keep a family of two eating beef for about a year, or a family of four about six months. This pack requires about 3 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space. These cuts are packed in user-friendly single cut or 1 lb. packages.

- 40% Premium Ground Beef: 40-50 lbs in convenient 1 lb. packages 85/15 blend
- 35% Savory Cuts: 8-12 Roasts, and some of the following 'odd cuts': Brisket, Back Ribs, & Short Ribs.
- 25% Steaks: Ribeye, New York, T-Bone, Porter House and some of the following 'odd cuts': Skirt, Flank, & Tri-Tip.

RECEIVING YOUR BEEF
- Deposits are open. First orders in are the first orders out when beef is ready.
- After your deposit, your beef will be raised on our amazing pastures this summer.
- Beef Orders will be shipped out as the beef is ready.
- You will be notified of all updates along the way.
- You will get your final invoice when your beef arrives back here at the ranch.
- If you choose Free Shipping, your order will be shipped out (you'll be notified ahead of time)
PROCESS INFORMATION
To ensure the highest quality and freshness, we process our beef in batches. Here's how it works:
- **Order Collection:** We gather orders until we reach the quantity needed to process a cow.
- **Processing Date:** Once we have enough orders, we set a processing date.
- **Delivery Timeline:** Your beef will be delivered approximately three weeks after the processing date.
